Shop policies

If you need to return a standard physical item, message me within 14 calendar days of delivery. Send it back by mail, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You pay return shipping when you change your mind. I pay when the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. I don't charge a restocking fee. Custom or personalized pieces and delivered digital patterns are final sale unless something is wrong. I issue refunds to the original payment method after I receive and inspect the return. Each piece is made by hand, so please allow a little time for me to create your order. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, and made-to-order pieces may take longer (noted on the listing). Once your order ships you'll receive tracking by email; delivery times then vary by location and carrier.
